Conversion Racket: Shahnawaz alias Baddo, who was arrested in the case of conversion through online gaming, has now started preparing to impose the National Security Act i.e. NSA. The Ghaziabad police has found several evidences against Baddo, after which NSA can be imposed against him. The DCP of Ghaziabad City has given this information. It has also been told that Baddo’s connection with Pakistan has also come to the fore. All this information has come to the fore after checking his call details.

Ghaziabad City DCP Nipun Aggarwal said that there has been a big disclosure in the call details of Shahnawaz alias Baddo. It has been told that he had a conversation with 30 Pakistani numbers. Apart from this, two mail IDs have also been received from Baddo, one of which is from Pakistan. Police has also received a chat from a person sitting in PoK of Baddo. Apart from this, an ID card of the traffic inspector of Lahore has also been recovered.

In fact, a shocking case had come to light from Ghaziabad, where a child used to go to the mosque five times a day to offer Namaz on the pretext of gym. After this, when the matter went to the police, it was found that a person had brainwashed him due to online gaming. The strings of the case started connecting from many other places as well and the conversion racket was exposed. The mastermind of this entire racket was throwing dust in the eyes of the UP and Maharashtra police for the last several days. Finally, a team of Ghaziabad police arrested the accused Shahnawaz Maqsood Khan alias Baddo from Thane district of Maharashtra and took him on transit remand to Ghaziabad.
After being brought to Ghaziabad, the accused was produced in the court, from where he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Before appearing in the court, the police interrogated Baddo for some time. After Baddo’s arrest from Raigad in Maharashtra, a Thane court had granted him transit remand of 72 hours.
