‘After Senthil Balaji, now CM Stalin is afraid of arrest’, BJP leader’s big statement


K Annamalai on CM MK Stalin: On Tuesday (June 13) a raid was conducted by the ED in a money laundering case against Senthil Balaji, cabinet minister in the Tamil Nadu government. Hours after the arrest of Senthil Balaji, the Tamil Nadu government on Wednesday (June 14) withdrew the consensus for a CBI probe. After which BJP President K Annamalai has attacked CM MK Stalin. Along with this, he also made big allegations against CM Stalin.

According to the report of Hindustan Times, BJP President K Annamalai said that CM Stalin is afraid that he will be the next person to be investigated. He said that there is an allegation on the CM that he has received a bribe of 200 crores for the metro contract. Annamalai further said that it seems that the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu is afraid that CBI will soon knock at his door and today he has taken an extraordinary step regarding the entry of CBI in Tamil Nadu without the permission of the state government.

Entry of CBI banned without permission

After the arrest of Tamil Nadu minister Senthil Balaji, opposition leaders are constantly seen raising questions. Opposition leaders say how the ED entered the state secretariat. After which the Home Department issued an order banning the entry of CBI in the state and made it mandatory to take permission for investigation.

What is the whole matter?
On Tuesday (June 13), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids against Tamil Nadu Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji and some other people due to the investigation of a money laundering case. After a long interrogation, late night ED officials arrested Senthil Balaji. During this, he was seen crying bitterly and he was also admitted to the hospital.
