Muzaffarnagar Murder: A very horrifying incident has come to light in Muzaffarnagar, where the husband, who was obstructing the illegitimate relationship between brother-in-law and sister-in-law, was killed by the wife along with her lover. After this, both of them put the dead body in the pit of the toilet. When foul smell started spreading, both of them took out the dead body from the pit and buried it in the house under construction. The incident came to light when the neighbors suspected the antics of the wife, after which the brothers of the deceased caught both of them in an objectionable position. Both have confessed to the murder.
While confessing to the murder, the step brother of the deceased told about the whereabouts of the dead body. The police have arrested the wife and the step-brother of the deceased, who had executed this dreadful incident, and have recovered the body buried in the house at their instance.
Husband had illegal relationship with step brother
This incident is of Mandla village of Purkaji police station area of Muzaffarnagar district. Where Sagar Ali, 36, lived with his wife Aashiya, 34, and three children. Sagar Ali used to earn his family’s living by hawking clothes. His half-brother Suhail, 25, lived in Roorkee and had returned from Saudi Arabia only five months ago. Suhail used to visit Sagar Ali’s house often. Meanwhile, his closeness with Sagar’s wife Aashiya increased. At the behest of Ashiya, Suhail also bought 100 yards of land in the same village and started building a house on it.
Whenever Sagar Ali was out of the house in connection with his work, only then Suhail would reach his sister-in-law Ashiya. About a month ago, when Sagar Ali suddenly reached home late at night, he saw both of them in an objectionable position. After which there was a fierce fight between husband and wife and he banned Suhail from coming home. After which Ashiya and Suhail made a plan to get him out of the way.

About 10 days ago, Ashiya found anesthesia medicine in Sagar Ali’s food and made him unconscious. After this, along with her lover, she was strangled to death. After that, to hide the dead body, after removing the slap of the toilet pit made in the house, the dead body was put in it. The next day, Ashiya lodged a missing complaint of her husband at the Purkaji police station. Two days later, when foul smell started coming from the toilet pit, Ashiya put incense sticks near the toilet pit and said that some tantrik has told that if you put incense sticks in the house, your missing husband will be known.
Due to this behavior of Ashiya, the family members and neighbors suspected her and asked her to clean the toilet pit. After which Ashiya, along with her lover Suhail, removed her husband’s dead body from the pit of the toilet and buried it in Suhail’s under-construction house. In the middle of the night, when Ashiya and Suhail were pouring mud into the house, the suspicion of the neighbors deepened. After burying the husband’s dead body, both of them once again went home.
Family and neighbors caught red handed
Meanwhile, Sagar Ali’s relatives and neighbors reached the house and caught Ashiya and her lover in an objectionable condition. After this everyone beat him badly. On information, the police reached the spot and arrested both of them. He has accepted the crime of Sagar Ali’s murder. The police arrested both of them and recovered his dead body from the house under construction on their tip.
According to the villagers, Sagar Ali’s father had two wives. Sagar Ali and two younger brothers from one wife while Suhail from the other wife. Suhail is a resident of Roorkee and was working as a welding mechanic in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. He had returned shortly before.
Dead body recovered at the behest of the accused
CO Sadar Yatendra Singh has told that a missing person Sagar Ali was registered on the 9th in Mandla village of Purkaji police station area. During the investigation of the incident, it came to light that the deceased’s wife Ashiya and her lover Suhail had killed him and buried his dead body in a house under construction. The dead body has been recovered. Police has started taking further action.
