3. Press the part between the finger nail and the skin on the same side where there is tension. Keep it pressed until your vein comes down.
4. Stretch that part when the vein rises. When you do stretching, then the side where your muscle is stretched, it starts stretching in the opposite direction. Keep in mind that do not stretch too fast.
5. Vein on vein climbs only when there is a decrease in the amount of potassium in the body. In such a situation, you should eat bananas to get rid of the pain.
6. Usually, the vein comes off on its own, but if this problem persists with you often, then contact the doctor.
