Father stabbed son in Delhi’s IP Extension, police took action, know the matter


IP Extension Stabbing Case: A senior citizen living in Ashirwad Apartments in IP Extension, Delhi, allegedly attacked his own son with a knife on Saturday (June 17) in a fit of rage. The injured son was admitted to the hospital. Police has registered a case against the accused. The accused Ashok Singh is a retired manager of Engineers India Limited while the son is a software engineer.

Police of Madhu Vihar police station said that at around 12:30 pm on Saturday, information was received that a father had injured his son by stabbing him in Ashirwad apartment. Police reached the spot and the injured was immediately taken to the hospital. At the same time, the accused father was taken into custody.

Police told the whole matter

Police said that during investigation it was found that Ashok Singh had bought a flat in Gurugram, the payment for which was to be made on Saturday. The payment was to be done through an app called NoBroker. The app was downloaded in the mobile of his wife Manju Singh but due to some reasons the payment could not be made through it. Ashok Singh was in a hurry to make the payment and there was an argument between the husband and wife on this matter.

The son who came to calm the quarrel was attacked with a knife

Police told that Ashok Singh became very angry. Only then his son Aditya Singh started intervening to pacify the parents. Meanwhile, Ashok Singh angrily attacked his son with a knife.

According to the police, Aditya was stabbed twice but is fine now. Police said that a case was registered against Ashok Singh at Madhu Vihar police station under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accused will be arrested and given bail because this section is bailable.

The guard of the apartment told

Shatrughan, guard of Ashirwad apartment, told about the incident that at around 12.30 pm when he was posted at the gate, suddenly a person came and said, “My brother-in-law has stabbed his nephew.” He named the accused. told. Meanwhile the police came. The injured was immediately taken to the hospital and the police took the accused with them.
