According to the IMD, it is raining due to the impact of cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ that emerged from the Arabian Sea.

After Friday in Delhi, people have got some relief from the scorching heat. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Delhi for the next two to three days. The maximum temperature of the national capital today is expected to be 38.6 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 27.9 degree Celsius. Apart from this, the maximum temperature can reach 34 degree Celsius in the coming days. Although the heat wave will still continue to wreak havoc in UP. Along with this, most parts of North and East India will remain in the grip of heat wave for the next five days.

34 people died due to heat
Bihar, Jharkhand are also in the grip of scorching heat. According to the Indian Express report, at least 34 people died in Ballia in the last two days due to the scorching heat. According to the information received from the officials, all the deceased were above 60 years of age and were suffering from other diseases. In such a situation, he died due to increasing heat.

Where will it rain
There may be heavy rains with thunder in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Assam and Meghalaya. Rain is expected over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. Light rain and thundershowers are likely over Konkan Coast, Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep and Andaman-Nicobar, Kerala. Sporadic rains may occur over Ladakh, Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
