Delhi News: Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kapil Mishra said infrastructural development across the country during a public relations campaign organized on the nine years of Modi government in Maharashtra that Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has done so much Highways have been made that now even the idioms have started changing. Not only this, people across the country are also taking advantage of it.  Kapil Mishra told the people that if we talk about infrastructure, are the roads being constructed in the country or not. You people tell loudly, whether it is being made or not. Whether the railway platforms and stations have changed or not, whether the airports of the country have changed or not. Let me tell you that 74 new airports have been built in the last nine years. 

Now even idioms have started changing

BJP’s Hinduist leader Kapil Mishra further said that we used to jokingly say many times in Delhi during the Congress era – Chal patli gali se nikal le. Instead of that, now it has to be said that take any highway and leave. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has made so many highways that now even the idioms have started changing. Leave the talk of Gadkari ji’s Nagpur in the neighborhood. Thousands of kilometers of roads were constructed in the whole country in nine years. Gadkari ji changed the whole of India. 

54000 KM roads built in 9 years

Tell us that according to the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, in the last nine years, about 54,000 kilometers of roads were built. That is, on an average, 17 kilometers of national highways are being built daily in the entire country. According to the data of the Union Ministry, till March 2014, there were 91,287 km of national highways across the country. In contrast, by February 28, 2023, the road length has increased to 1,44,983 km. Similarly, shocking changes have also come to the fore in the field of railways and airport.
