Accused of threatening the officer who came to inspect the madrasa in Siddharthnagar, FIR on the director


Siddharth Nagar News: On Sunday, a case was registered against the director of the madrassa for indecently assaulting and threatening the Divisional Deputy Director of the Minorities Welfare Department who had come to inspect a madrassa in Siddharthnagar district. This information was given by the police on Sunday.

Police sources said here that a case has been registered against Sultan Ahmed, manager of Madrasa Jalalul Uloom, Mahdeiya, on Tahrir of Vijay Pratap Yadav, Deputy Director of Minority Welfare of Basti Mandal. Vijay Pratap Yadav told that he had reached Mini ITI Madrasa Jalalul Uloom Mahdeiya in Siddharthnagar district on June 14 for inspection in compliance with the order of Commissioner of Basti Mandal on June 9.

Explanation was sought till June 17
The Deputy Director of Minority Welfare said, “In the inspection, they found that one of the three appointed employees was absent without any application. In the same sequence, out of three teachers working under the Madrasa Modernization Scheme, only one was found present, two were found absent without any notice. Vijay Pratap Yadav told that seeing the dirt in the madrasa premises, he himself cleaned it with a broom. District Minority Welfare Officer Tanmay Pandey, who was present during the inspection, issued a notice to the madrassa manager and sought his explanation by June 17. But on the last day, instead of an explanation, he called them up and threatened them of dire consequences.

On the other hand, the madrasa manager Sultan Ahmed claimed that the divisional deputy director Yadav made videos of mini ITI girl students and put them on social media without permission and a complaint would be given to file a case against them. Ahmed said that due to the strong wind on the day of inspection, the leaves fell on the stairs, which are being described as dirt, and despite repeated requests, the cleaning worker has not been appointed yet.
