PCS Jyoti Maurya was married to Alok Maurya 10 years back. Jyoti Maurya alleges, “Alok Maurya had told that he is a gram panchayat officer but he was a sweeper. After this I am now divorcing Alok Maurya.” On the other hand, Alok Maurya has alleged that his wife Jyoti Maurya wants to get him killed. He has complained about this in the police station in Prayagraj.
Accused of illegal relationship with commandant
Husband Alok Maurya alleges that his wife has an illegal relationship with Manish Dubey, posted as Home Guard Commandant in Ghaziabad. He says that in the month of February, he had caught both of them in an objectionable condition at his wife’s official residence. Since then his wife and her lover have become enemies of his life. The husband alleges that the wife is threatening him over the phone to divorce him and is threatening to kill him. The victim’s husband says that his brother-in-law Sachin Maurya has also become an enemy of his life with a weapon.
‘SDM does not want to divorce his wife’
Alok Maurya says that he has two daughters and for the future of the daughters, he does not want to divorce his SDM wife. He wants her to return to the right path. Alok Maurya’s eyes fill with tears while narrating the story of his harassment. He alleges that despite his wife being SDM, he is not being heard at any level from the police station. At present, the victim’s husband Alok Kumar Maurya has said that if anything untoward happens to him in this case, his wife Jyoti Maurya and her lover Manish Dubey will be responsible for it.

Amitabh Thakur demanded an inquiry
At the same time, in this case, National President of Azad Adhikar Sena and former IPS Amitabh Thakur has demanded an inquiry into the recovery list of the diary made viral by Alok Maurya, husband of Jyoti Maurya, posted as General Manager in Bareilly Sugar Mill. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath In his complaint sent to PTI, he said that Alok Maurya has allegedly made public the pages of his wife’s handwritten diary during her posting on various posts, in which all the entries are written. In these entries, transactions have been mentioned under different items and with different persons.
‘Bribery complaint not a family dispute’
Amitabh Thakur said that he also spoke to Alok Maurya over the phone, who clearly said that all the entries are related to money transactions. Where ‘L’ is written it means lakh and here ‘T’ is written it means thousand. Alok Maurya complained to all the officers from the Chief Minister’s Office to the Chief Secretary, including the Appointment Secretary, but everywhere it is only being said that this is a family dispute, it should be resolved among themselves. Amitabh Thakur said that the complaint of bribery of lakhs of crores of rupees by sitting on a government post is not a family dispute in any way. He has demanded legal action as per the rules while conducting an impartial inquiry into the matter from the Chief Minister.
