Bhopal News: In Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh), some people allegedly tied a dog’s leash around a young man’s neck and asked him to bark like a dog and walk on his knees. The video of the incident surfaced on Monday. After the arrival of this video, the state government took the matter seriously and ordered an inquiry, after which a case has been registered against the accused under the National Security Act (NSA).

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra told the media here that he had received information about the video on Monday morning and had directed police officials to take action within 24 hours. He said that within six hours the police identified and arrested these accused who had assaulted them. Mishra said that a police station in-charge has also been put on the line in this matter.

NSA imposed against the accused
He told that action has also been taken against the accused under the National Security Act (NSA). He said that the encroachments on the houses of the accused have been identified and they will be demolished. Mishra said that the issue of religious conversion has also come up in this matter. Therefore, action is also being taken against the accused under the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act. He said that such action will be taken against the criminals with such disgusting mentality which will become an example for the entire state.

It can be seen in this video that some people tie a strap around the neck of a young man and drag him. These people ask this person to sit on his knees and walk like a dog, after which he sits on his knees on the road. It is seen in the video that another person is holding the leash. He is also asking the young man to bark like a dog.

At the end of this 49-second video, the victim can also be heard saying, ‘I am ready to become Miyan Bhai’. In this video, the accused can also be heard asking why the victim used foul language with them and did not apologize for it.
