PM Modi’s visit to America
PM Modi has gone on a state visit to America and Egypt from 20 to 25 June. The PM will participate in the International Yoga Day celebrations at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 21 June. After the Yoga Day program, PM Modi will go to Washington DC on 22 June. Where he will be traditionally welcomed at the White House.

Will have dinner with President Joe Biden
During this, PM Modi will meet US President Joe Biden. President Joe Biden and his wife and First Lady Jill Biden will host a dinner in honor of the PM on the evening of June 22. The PM will address a joint meeting of the US Congress on 22 June itself. This is the second time that PM Modi will address the joint session of the US Parliament. He is the first Indian Prime Minister to do so. Earlier, he had addressed the US Parliament in 2016.

After this, PM will meet the CEOs of many major companies on 23 June. During this, the PM will also meet Tesla and Twitter owner Elon Musk, Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Romer, artists, scientists, educationists and experts in the health sector. Officials told that Prime Minister Modi can meet writer Nicholas Nassim Talib and investor Ray Dalio. Other prominent personalities who are likely to meet the PM include Falu Shah, Jeff Smith, Michael Froman, Daniel Russell, Elbridge Colby, Peter Agrey, Stephen Klasko and Chandrika Tandon.
Lunch with Kamala Harris, will address Indians
US Vice President Kamala Harris and Foreign Minister Antony Blinken will host lunch for PM Modi on June 23 itself. The PM will also address the Indian-migrants at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington on the same day. In the second leg of his two-nation tour, the PM will visit Cairo on a state visit to Egypt from June 24 to 25.
