DU Admissions: Delhi University has started 3 new B.Tech programs from this year. DU will start a new registration portal for admission to these programmes. DU is preparing a new portal for admission in these courses. Which will be ready by the last week of this month. After the portal is ready, candidates seeking admission in B.Tech will be able to apply through the new portal. Students have to choose any one course out of three courses on the portal.
B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, B.Tech Communication Engineering and Electronics and Electrical Engineering courses are being started in DU from this year. For these courses, 120-120 seats per course have been fixed. on which admission will be given to the candidates.
DU officials say that the application process for admission to B.Tech course will be on a separate portal. The work of preparing this portal is going on fast. Nothing related to Common University Entrance Test will have to be entered on this portal. CUET application number is also not required for registration. Admission of students will be done only on the basis of JEE Main score. Please inform that the process for admission to these courses will be started at the end of this month.
Counseling fee will have to be paid
Students will be provided time to fill their preferences. On the basis of which the seats will be allotted to the students. The seat allotment will be done on the basis of JEE merit score and preferences given by the students. For admission in these courses, candidates will have to pay Rs 1500 as registration and counseling fee. Students keep checking the official site for admission related updates.
