PM Modi Joe Biden Joint Statement: Prime Minister Narendra Modi The joint statement issued by President Joe Biden with PM Modi during his state visit to America (US) has created panic in the politics of Pakistan. In the statement, Pakistan was told to promote terrorism in India from across the border. Also, both India and America have asked Pakistan to punish the perpetrators of the Mumbai attack on 26 November 2008 and the Pathankot attack thereafter.

Imran said, “In their (India and US) joint statement, Pakistan has been described as promoting cross-border terrorism in India. But no balanced statement was issued about the gross human rights abuses in Kashmir or the appalling treatment of minorities (Muslims) in India. So now the Imported Govt Experiment has not only made Pakistan irrelevant internationally but our democracy, rule of law and entire economic and institutional structure is also collapsing before our eyes.

Let us tell you that on June 23, along with the Indian Prime Minister Modi’s address to the US Parliament, a joint statement was also issued with Joe Biden. In his address, Modi had said that there can be “no ifs and buts” in dealing with terrorism. Attacking Pakistan indirectly, he reiterated the need to take strict action against the sponsors of terrorism. On Modi’s statement, leading media organizations of Pakistan sought response from their leaders. In a news release from Washington of Pakistani newspaper, it was said that in the joint statement of PM Modi, action has been called against Pakistani terrorist organizations like banned Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. Along with this, Pakistan has been targeted.
