Officers did not reach flood-affected remote areas- Satish Poonia

Satish Poonia further wrote in the letter that after you, I have also visited some areas of Barmer and Jalore to know the ground reality. The scene one sees on going to very remote villages and dhanis is very distressing. Even now many villages, dhanis and houses are seen as islands due to flood. People’s huts and kutcha houses, even pucca houses have also suffered huge damage. Poonia said that the main thing that has come to the fore is that no officer or employee of the state government has yet gone to the remote areas to take care of the people of the affected area, this is a surprising fact contrary to the claims of the government. .

We are all together in the hour of suffering of the affected people – Satish Poonia

Appealing for relief for the flood victims, Satish Poonia wrote that we are all together in the hour of suffering of these affected people of the state, it is beyond the politics of suffering. That’s why I have shared with you through this letter what I saw on ‘Ground Zero’ as a meaningful and positive opposition. He said, therefore, you are requested to do the work of strengthening the residents of western Rajasthan affected by Biparjoy by paying attention to the suggestions without politics.
