Talking to news agency ANI, Pichai said, it was an honor to meet PM Modi during his historic visit to America. We told the Prime Minister that Google is investing $10 billion in India’s Digitization Fund. We are announcing the opening of our Global Fintech Operations Center at Gujarat International Fin-Tech (GIFT) City, Gujarat.”

Praising Digital India, the Google CEO said, the Prime Minister’s vision for Digital India was ahead of its time and I now see it as a blueprint that other countries are trying to follow.

Tim Cook, Elon Musk also met

Apart from Sundar Pichai, top American industrialists including Elon Musk, boss of several companies including Apple CEO Tim Cook, Space X, Tesla and Twitter met PM Modi. After meeting PM Modi, Elon Musk declared himself his fan. Elon Musk said that I am very excited about the future of India. I think India has more possibilities than any other big country in the world. Tesla Chief Executive Elon Musk says that his electric car company is looking for opportunities to invest in India as soon as possible.
