Apple Pay: Apple, which has created a distinct identity worldwide with its iPhone, may soon launch its own payment service in India. That is, iPhone users will not need other apps to make payments after this, they will be able to pay everywhere through Apple’s payment service. Apple is planning to launch its payment service, Apple Pay, in the South Asian market. For this, the company is constantly in talks with the Indian authorities. There is also news that Apple is planning to hold talks with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) soon so that Apple Pay can be launched on time.

Apple currently aims to carve out a niche between Walmart’s PhonePe, Google’s Gpay and Paytm. To meet the needs of Indian people, Apple is locally designing Apple Pay which will work on UPI. The company is bringing its own payment app so that iPhone users do not have to keep separate payment apps in their phones and their work can be done everywhere with one app.

In a recent conversation with Indian officials, Apple said that it will support Face-ID in its payment app so that people’s privacy is maintained and they can do safe and secure transactions.

Apple Pay has been in the works for years
