Delhi NCR Weather Today: Three days before the onset of monsoon, i.e. since last night, the capital of the country, Delhi and its surrounding areas, is witnessing drizzling rains. Due to continuous rain, people could not even get out of the house in the morning on Sunday. Those going for morning walk kept waiting for the rain to stop at home. However, the direct effect of the rain was that people got relief from the heat and humidity. On the other hand, the problem of water logging has also arisen at many places in Delhi.

According to the forecast of the India Meteorological Department, the process of rain is going on in Delhi NCR for the last few days. The special thing is that it is raining in the entire Delhi NCR since last night. There is information of rain from Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Meerut, Baghpat. The Meteorological Department says that the process of rain will continue for the next few days. According to the information, 22 mm of rain has been recorded in Palam and 47 mm in Safdarjung.

Enjoy the rain till June 30

IMD has issued Orange Alert for Sunday. According to IMD, there is a forecast to continue more or less rain in Delhi for the next five days. There is a possibility of rain with thunder till June 30. During this, the maximum temperature is expected to be 32 to 37 degrees and the minimum is expected to be 27 to 30 degrees. On Sunday, the minimum temperature is estimated to be 29 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature is expected to be 35 degree Celsius. However, today’s average temperature is expected to be a maximum of 37.3 degrees and a minimum of 27 degrees. During this time the sky will be generally cloudy. Apart from light and moderate rain, there is a possibility of rain with thunder. The sky will be generally cloudy.

Jafarpur and Pitampura had the highest temperature

During the last 24 hours, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded one degree below normal i.e. 37.2 degree Celsius. While the minimum temperature was recorded two degrees above normal i.e. 30.44 degrees. The maximum humidity was recorded at 84 per cent on Saturday. According to Delhi’s Standard Observatory Safdarjung, areas like Sports Complex, Najafgarh, Jafarpur and Pitampura recorded temperatures above 38 degrees. The minimum temperature was recorded at 33.1 degree Celsius in Pitampura and 32.9 degree Celsius in Sports Complex.

What is Orange Alert
