This decreases the activity of the fat burning enzyme, lipoprotein lipase. So, stand up often and stretch – take washroom breaks, get yourself a drink of water and walk around the office every hour. Find time to exercise daily

4.Abdominal fat also starts increasing due to excessive consumption of alcohol. Alcohol is high in calories, which can increase your appetite.
