PM Modi reiterated the point of improving the planet, gave such a reply on Biden’s tweet


PM Modi US Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the friendship between India and America is a force for the betterment of the world and will make the planet better. Modi’s statement came in response to US President Joe Biden’s tweet in which he said that friendship between America and India is most important in the world. The Prime Minister has talked about improving the planet even during his earlier visit to America. PM Modi was on a visit to America from 21 – 23 June at the invitation of US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill Biden. After this the PM left for Egypt.

Sharing a video of Prime Minister Modi’s recently concluded US visit, Biden tweeted, “The friendship between America and India is one of the most important in the world and it is stronger, closer and more dynamic than ever.” Retweeting Biden’s tweet, PM Modi wrote, “President Joe Biden, I completely agree with you. The friendship between our countries is a force for global good. It will make the planet better.” Earlier during his visit to America, PM Modi had tweeted after meeting President Joe Biden, India will continue to work with the United States in various fields to improve its planet.

PM Modi returned to Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Returned to Delhi late night on Sunday (June 25) after a 5-day visit to America and Egypt. BJP National President JP Nadda as well as Union Minister of State for External Affairs Meenakshi Lekhi and all the MPs of Delhi were present to welcome PM Modi on landing at Palam Airport.

On landing at Delhi airport, PM Modi questioned about the developments in India during his foreign trip and asked how is everything here. PTI quoted BJP leader and MP Manoj Tiwari as saying that PM Modi asked Nadda ji how things were going here.

PM Modi’s tour started on June 20

PM Modi left on his first state visit to America on 20 June. During his visit to America, he discussed several issues with President Joe Biden and addressed a joint session of the US Congress. During this, many important agreements were signed between the two countries in the fields of defence, space and trade.

After completing the US tour, PM Modi reached Egypt’s capital Cairo on Saturday. During his two-day visit to Egypt, he met President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Madbouli. Along with this, the PM also visited the historic Al-Hakim Mosque, the Heliopolis War Cemetery and the Pyramids of Giza. President al-Sisi awarded Modi with the ‘Order of the Nile’, Egypt’s highest state honour. This is the 13th highest state honor received by Prime Minister Modi.
