However, the summer heat has not subsided in Uttar Pradesh yet. In view of this, the Ministry of Basic Education has once again extended the summer vacations of government primary and upper primary schools.

According to a notice, the summer vacations of schools have been extended till July 2. Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board Secretary Pratap Singh Baghel issued a notice on June 25 saying that all primary and upper primary schools in the state will reopen on Monday, July 3. At the same time, it is also mentioned in the pre-school instructions that schools should ensure clean toilets, drinking water supply and seating arrangements for children. If any school does not have these facilities, then strict action can be taken against the school.

Let us inform that Uttar Pradesh (UP) and some other states are facing severe heat at this time. Earlier this month, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued fresh warnings for several states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar and Telangana. There is a possibility of severe heat wave in many states. After the warning, many states have extended the school holidays. Earlier also the holidays were extended.
