Kane Williamson, who was a part of Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023, was injured while fielding in the first match against Chennai in the tournament. Williamson had a knee injury. At the same time, a video has been shared by the New Zealand Cricket Board (BLACKCAPS), in which Williamson talked about his injury. In the video, Williamson is seen inside the gym.

Talking in the video, he said, “A lot at the moment trying to keep it week-by-week. I haven’t had an injury this long before, but talking to other people who have had it, the journey is a bit longer, so if you look that far ahead it can probably be a bit challenging.”

Please tell that Williamson had undergone surgery in April, from which he is recovering. Williamson can be an important batsman for New Zealand in the World Cup.
