There is a possibility of a match between India and Pakistan on 15 October. This match will be played in Ahmedabad. However, Pakistan did not want to play this match in Ahmedabad. There was a demand from the Pakistan Cricket Board to organize this match in Kolkata. But BCCI and ICC did not accept this demand. However, due to this demand of Pakistan, there has definitely been a delay in the announcement of the schedule.

Apart from this, Pakistan had also expressed reservations about the venue of the matches with Afghanistan and Australia. But the ICC shocked Pakistan in this matter as well. The ICC has made it clear that matches of Pakistan will be played where it has already been decided. Due to the interference of any board, no change will be made regarding the venue of the matches.

Now 100 days are left for the start of the World Cup. 10 teams are going to participate in this world cup. The names of eight teams have already been finalised. Two teams will get the World Cup ticket through qualifiers. However, there is a possibility that the two-time World Cup champion West Indies may miss out on participating in the World Cup for the first time. West Indies are in a very bad position in the qualifiers.
