States Breaking Live Updates: The 146th Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath began in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat on Tuesday morning amidst tight security and a large number of devotees participated in it. On the other hand, the effect of heatwave continues in UP. Eleven more patients admitted in Ballia district hospital died on Monday. With this, the death toll in this hospital has increased to 68 in the last five days. Ballia’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Jayant Kumar said, ‘A total of 178 new patients have been admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours, out of which 11 have died. Those who died were suffering from various diseases.’

On the other hand, due to incessant rains in the country’s capital Delhi and surrounding areas for two days, the weather has become pleasant. Due to continuous rains in Delhi NCR, people have got relief from the scorching heat. In the last 48 hours, the temperature of Delhi has recorded a drop of up to five degrees.
