Jharkhand News: to come Lok Sabha Elections Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has advocated Uniform Civil Code amidst the ongoing ruckus regarding Uniform Civil Code (UCC). At the same time, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has fiercely attacked PM Modi’s statement. Actually, CM Soren said on the questions of the media, ‘Ask him (PM Modi) that when will you give employment, when will you reduce inflation?’
In fact, while addressing BJP workers in Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi while advocating Uniform Civil Code (UCC) asked, ‘How will the country run with a dual system?’ He also said that the constitution also mentions equal rights for all citizens.

Ruckus on UCC
Prime Minister Narendra Modi After the statement of U.P., fierce ruckus started regarding the Uniform Civil Code (UCC). All the opposition parties targeted the BJP and the Modi government regarding this and said that this issue is being raised as soon as the elections are near. The opposition alleged that efforts are being made to divert attention from the real issues like inflation and unemployment.
On Prime Minister Modi’s statement, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi questioned why the Prime Minister is taking inspiration from Pakistan? Owaisi asked whether the pluralism and diversity of the country would be taken away in the name of UCC? At the same time, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board decided in this meeting that a draft will be prepared regarding the Uniform Civil Code. Apart from this, people associated with the board will ask for an appointment with the chairman of the Law Commission. After this the board will submit its draft to the Law Commission.
