Rajasthan News: Congress has prepared a plan to end the ongoing tussle between two big leaders of the party in Rajasthan. Under this, the central leadership is once again going to hold a meeting with CM Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot. It is believed that just as the dispute has been resolved in Chhattisgarh, similarly things will be rectified here before the elections.
Sources reveal that the central leadership wants to give a respectable post to Sachin Pilot, but the Chhattisgarh formula will not be implemented in Rajasthan and Sachin Pilot will not be given the responsibility of deputy CM in the election year, but he will be made the head of the Congress campaign committee in Rajasthan. Or he can be given the responsibility of the General Secretary in the National Committee. Although whether Sachin Pilot will accept this responsibility or not is also a valid question.
When the Congress won the elections in 2018, Sachin Pilot was the state president. He expected that he would get the CM’s chair but the responsibility of the post of CM was given to Ashok Gehlot. After this, Sachin Pilot started rebelling in 2020 and from that time the relationship between the two started deteriorating. The matter reached so far that Sachin Pilot started targeting Ashok Gehlot over the alleged corruption of the previous government and went on hunger strike to march demanding an inquiry. Both the leaders were called to Delhi and explained and an attempt was made to show that everything is fine now but the reality was opposite. And perhaps this is the reason that once again the Congress high command is going to hold a fresh meeting with both.
