Shahbad Dairy Gang Rape Case: A case of gang rape of a minor girl has come to light in Delhi’s Shahbad Dairy area. The age of the girl is said to be about 16 years, in this case the police have arrested three accused. Looking for girl’s friend too
According to the information received from the Delhi Police, on the night of June 27, the victim’s minor was in the park with her friend. At the same time, three boys reached there, it is alleged that these three carried out the rape incident and fled away. The police registered an FIR in this matter and then the accused were arrested. Now the police is also looking for the friend of the girl. The police is also ascertaining whether the accused were already acquainted with the girl’s friend.

According to the statement issued by the Delhi Police, on June 27 itself, a call of sexual harassment of a minor girl was received. The police immediately responded to the call and arrested one of the accused, Bobby, from the area near Shahbad Dairy. All the 4 accused have been identified and 3 accused have been arrested, while one is absconding and several teams are working to nab him.
A case has been registered against the arrested accused under sections 376D/323/34 IPC and POCSO. Delhi Police has arrested Bobby (19 years), Rahul alias Chhotu (20 years) and another youth. The search for the absconding accused is on.
