17 prisoners including dreaded terrorists escaped from Balochistan jail, prisoners escaped during Eid prayers


Pakistan Eid Prayers: When Pakistan was celebrating Eid ul-Azha, 17 prisoners escaped from the jail during Namaz in Balochistan. According to local media, the prisoners escaped from Chaman Jail in Balochistan. In the midst of all this, a prisoner died in police firing. Regarding the incident, Balochistan Jail Inspector General Malik Shuja Kasi said that some police guards and prisoners were injured in the violence and firing.

The Inspector General of Jails told that the incident took place when Eid prayers were being offered in the open space inside the jail on Thursday. Meanwhile, the prisoners who had already planned to escape carried out their plans. Kasi told that when he was taken out of his barrack for Eid prayers, he violently attacked the police guards. Due to which an atmosphere of chaos was created.

One prisoner killed in police firing

He further told that although the policemen posted in the jail tried their best to stop them, the prisoners managed to escape. Chasing the absconding prisoners, the jail police also opened fire in which one prisoner was killed. While 17 prisoners escaped. He said that it appears that help was received from outside to make his plan successful.

Escaped prisoners got help from outside

Kasi said that a list of escaped prisoners has been prepared, while giving information that some of them were in jail for terrorist activities. He said Chaman prison is close to the Iranian border town and security forces suspect that the prisoners may have crossed the border with the help of accomplices.
