Singrauli Rape Case News: A case of rape of a four-year-old girl had come to light in Singrauli district of Madhya Pradesh. Police arrested the accused and demolished his house with JCB machine. In fact, the incident of rape of a four-year-old innocent girl has been carried out in Morwa police station area of Singrauli district. This incident was not done by anyone else but the maternal uncle of the innocent girl.

It is being told that the accused and the girls’ mother were related to a brother-sister relationship and the girls used to consider the accused youth as their maternal uncle, but this heinous incident completely embarrassed humanity and the relationship. At present, the accused is in the custody of the police and the administration demolished the house by running a bulldozer on the house of the accused youth.
Case registered under the sections of POCSO and unnatural rape
Showing sensitivity on this major incident, Morwa Inspector UP Singh informed the senior officials. After which, under the direction of SP Yusuf Qureshi and under the guidance of SDOP Rajeev Pathak, Sub-Inspector Sheetla Yadav registered a case against accused Shibbu Panika’s father Ramlakhan Panika aged 22 and took it into consideration. In this case, the police took the accused into custody and got the victim and the accused medical. It is said that the condition of the innocent is serious after the unnatural rape.
Accused’s house demolished
Taking this matter into cognizance, the district administration swung into action. As soon as the information was received, on the instructions of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, under the guidance of Collector Arun Parmar and Superintendent of Police Yusuf Qureshi, preparations were made to bulldoze the house of the accused. Under the supervision of Superintendent of Police Yusuf Qureshi, Tehsildar Ramesh Kol, Inspector UP Singh, RI Bhupendra Singh, along with railway officials, municipal corporation and electricity department staff reached to demolish the house of the accused. The house was razed to the ground by 6 pm. Within just 8 hours of taking the accused into custody, the administration has set an example in the society through this action.
There is a provision of death penalty in such cases in the state.
In the past, the Shivraj government has committed such rape cases in which rape or gang rape of girls below 12 years of age has been carried out. There is a provision of death penalty in such cases. The people of the society believe that considering this as the rarest of the rare case, the accused should be given death sentence by the fast track court.
