Uniform Civil Code: After the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding Uniform Civil Code (UCC), the politics regarding this issue has intensified. Opposition parties are raising questions on the BJP in many ways regarding this, while now the statement of Dr. Shafiqur Rahman Barq, Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal has also come to the fore. SP MP Sane said that Muslims will not accept the government’s decision regarding UCC. The government should talk to Maulanas and Muftis for this.

Regarding UCC, SP MP Dr. Shafiqur Rahman Burke said that Muslims will not accept any decision of the government, they will only accept the decision of Ulemas and Muftis. The government should talk to them first for this. After that, whatever decision he takes further will be accepted. The SP MP said, “This issue is of religion.. Maulana, Mufti are all present in Islam. Whatever decision they take, we will accept it. We are against the decision taken by the government. We are against UCC because Maulana The muftis have given this fatwa in the spirit of law and Islam that there cannot be a single code.

SP MP accused BJP

Even before this, the SP MP had said about the UCC that the BJP is nervous about 2024, so it is trying to polarize the votes by creating Hindu-Muslim divide among the people. Due to this the condition of the country will worsen. Not only this, SP President Akhilesh Yadav has also expressed his opposition to UCC, he said that “Baba Saheb has given us the constitution, this is our Uniform Civil Code. BJP people are creating a gap in the society by spreading hatred and fighting among themselves. This time no strategy of BJP will work.

Government can bring bill in monsoon session

Prime Minister Narendra Modi this time Lok Sabha Elections Before the Uniform Civil Code has set its agenda. It is believed that in the upcoming monsoon session, the government is preparing to present a bill regarding the Uniform Civil Code in the Parliament, after which this bill can be sent to the parliamentary committee. A meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee has been called on July 3 to know the opinion of MPs regarding UCC. That is, it is clear that in the coming days, more verbal war will also be seen between the government and the opposition.
