Maharashtra News: NCP working president Supriya Sule said on Friday that the BJP is obsessed with her father Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar. Sule’s statement came in the midst of a war of words between the two parties over the formation of a short-term government in 2019. Lok Sabha MP from Baramati Supriya Sule said that BJP neither has a vision for the state nor for the country. Talking to reporters, Sule said that I am happy that the politics of the Center and the state revolves around my father and brother.
Supriya Sule said that BJP is so obsessed with them that they do not have time to outline the development of the country and the state. How will they bring down inflation and create jobs? On the other hand, when Supriya Sule was asked about the war of words between Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and NCP regarding the government formed in November 2019, she said that Fadnavis does not have time to reduce inflation and ensure the safety of women. The Deputy CM also holds the portfolios of Finance and Home Affairs. He only wants to talk on issues which are not relevant in the current scenario.
Sharad Pawar said this on Fadnavis’ claim
Supriya Sule further attacked Fadnavis, saying that chewing gum tastes good in the beginning but later becomes tasteless. Sule said that Eknath Shinde Instead of giving good governance in the state, the government headed by K is doing everything else. Fadnavis had recently said that Sharad Pawar was ready to form the government with the BJP after the last election, but then backtracked. Responding to this, the NCP chief accepted that he was in touch with the BJP to form the government.
Sharad Pawar also said that certain things were done to expose the BJP and to show how far it can go to gain power. Let us tell you that early in the morning in November 2019, Fadnavis was sworn in as Chief Minister and Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister, but his government could run only for 80 hours.
