Surajpur Crime News: Surajpur Kotwali police have registered a case against six people, including a woman, after various aspects of the investigation and the suicide note found in the case of suicide by hanging by a businessman youth of the city in a private hotel located on the border of Surajpur city of Chhattisgarh. A case has been registered under section 306 of the IPC. At the same time, along with investigating the matter seriously, the police is also scrutinizing the bank accounts of the deceased along with the three mobile phones found near him.
Prima facie in front of the police, in this incident related to betting, a case of transaction of more than one crore rupees has come to the fore. The suicide of young man Hansraj Agarwal amidst continuous action regarding betting in Surajpur district has also exposed many cards of bookies in front of the police. In the investigation so far, the police have registered a case against six people of Raipur including Surajpur and Ambikapur on the basis of the suicide note of the deceased. Inquiries are also going on with other aspects and people related to this whole matter and developments.
There was a stir in the bookies of the district
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Range Inspector General of Police (IG) Ram Gopal Garg also reached Surajpur district headquarters. Along with this, he has given necessary guidelines, paying serious and close attention to all the points of police investigation. Due to the death of the young man, there has been a stir among the bookies of the entire district. On the other hand, if unconfirmed reports of the police are to be believed, many names have come under their purview. SP I Kalyan Alisela termed this incident as prima facie suicide and told that the names of many people are mentioned in the suicide note written by the deceased.
Case registered against six people
He told that on the same basis a case has been registered against six people. At the same time, the found mobile phone is also being examined with great precision by the forensic and expert team. SP Alisela said that strict action will be taken against those who come in the investigation in this suicide case. At the same time, he has also cited the transaction of about one crore rupees. Significantly, 24 hours before the wedding of businessman Hansraj Agarwal, a dead body was found hanging in a private hotel in Surajpur Nagar.
Crying bad condition of family members
Police also recovered a suicide note and a diary along with a pistol from the hotel. After this incident, mourning has spread in the bride and groom’s side engaged in preparations for the wedding. There the family members are in bad condition by crying. However, in the case, the police have registered a case against six people on the basis of the suicide note of the youth and the transactions in the diary and are engaged in the investigation.
The police made it clear in the investigation that the deceased Hansraj Aggarwal was related to betting and money transactions were also done through this medium. Confirming the matter from the suicide note also, the police said that the deceased youth was also associated with the Mahadev app. According to the police, its wires have been found connected to other districts including Raipur.
