Sourav Ganguly says that in the last several years we have seen that the India-Pakistan match has been one-sided almost every time. India has defeated Pakistan in these matches. He said that there is great enthusiasm among the people for the India-Pakistan match, but there have not been quality matches in the last several years. The Indian team is dominating Pakistan. The former Indian captain said that the teams of India and Pakistan were face to face in the T20 World Cup last year. The match between the two teams went till the last ball, in which Team India defeated Pakistan by 4 wickets.
‘Interesting war will be seen between India and Australia’
Sourav Ganguly recalled the T20 World Cup 2021, when India and Pakistan faced off in this tournament. In that match, the Pakistani team led by Babar Azam defeated India by 10 wickets. Sourav Ganguly believes that there will be a fun match between India and Australia in the World Cup 2023. Quality cricket will be seen between both the teams. Significantly, the India-Australia match will be played in Chennai on 8 October. This will be the first match of Team India in the World Cup 2023.
