The company has fixed the price band of IPO at Rs 301-317 per share. According to the upper level of the price band, the company is getting a valuation of Rs 2460 crore.
Nako Gold is going to raise Rs 405 crore from investors through IPO. In which Rs 270 crore will be raised by issuing new shares. While Rs 135 crore will be raised through offer for sale and existing investors will sell their stake in the IPO. SAIL Partners India will sell its stake in the OFS segment. 50 percent of the IPO has been reserved for institutional investors, 15 percent for non-institutional investors and 35 percent for retail investors.

Shares will be issued at a face value of Rs 10 for this rights issue, which will open between July 3 and July 10, 2023. Its market lot is of 1 share. The size of the rights issue is 3,49,01,136 shares.
