Rajasthan Elections 2023: During the mega rally held in Kota, upheaval has started in the politics of Rajasthan. This rally in Rajasthan is important in many ways. More than a dozen MLAs and many MPs were seen in this rally. Many former MLAs and MPs also participated in this rally. Along with this, many former ministers also appeared here. It can be clearly said that the election battle has started once again. A section completely kept distance here, in which even the city and rural BJP district president of Kota did not show up.
Bhamashah scheme name changed to Chiranjeevi
Vasundhara Raje said that we started Bhamashah Health Insurance Scheme for free treatment, changed its name to Chiranjeevi Health. In our scheme, free treatment was given to the poor in all the hospitals. In their scheme, big hospitals do not even allow poor patients to enter. To say, it is a treatment of up to 25 lakhs in this scheme, but from 2021 till now, on an average, even Rs 11500 has not been spent on a patient in the Chiranjeevi scheme.
Vasundhara Raje said that we gave 50 percent reservation to women in the municipal elections, but the Congress went to court against this decision. For the first time in the country, we gave 50 percent reservation to women in the elections of Panchayat Raj institutions. We wanted to give 50 percent reservation to women even in municipal elections, but the Congress went to court against our decision and this reservation for women was stopped.
‘Congress confused the life-changing ERCP scheme of 13 districts’
Vasundhara said that we started life-changing ERCP in 13 districts including Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Baran. This government also entangled him in politics and left him. With the inspiration of former Prime Minister Atal ji, we started the work of interlinking the rivers, but with the change of government, this work also stopped. We have completed the work of connecting Ahu and Chanwali rivers in Jhalawar. 31 villages of Jhalawar district were benefitted by this.
‘Put a stone, came to power, then did nothing for 5 years’
Vasundhara Raje showed sharp attitude against Congress and told many schemes of the government as her plan. He said that the important Parvan irrigation project for Jhalawar, Baran and Kota districts is also lying in the same way. Whereas in September 2013, he called Rahul Gandhi to rob us of the credit for this scheme. Planted a stone, came to power, then did nothing for 5 years. Today 2 lakh bighas of land and about 950 villages are waiting for its water. We started the Mukhyamantri Jal Savalamban Abhiyan. Its result was that the ground water level of the state increased at that time.
