Jharkhand News: The Enforcement Directorate interrogated PLFI supremo Dinesh Gop, lodged in Hotwar Jail late on Monday evening. ED is seeking information from Dinesh about where he invested the levy money. According to ED sources, Dinesh Gop has given the account of some amount received in levy-extortion to the agency. Due to this, the problems of many leaders and businessmen may also increase in the coming days.
After the information received from Dinesh Gop, ED can interrogate many other people as well. ED will interrogate Gop on Tuesday as well. In the inquiry held on Monday, he answered the ED’s questions. But on most of the questions he kept saying that he does not remember anything. The National Investigation Agency had arrested Gop from Nepal on 21 May. After that NIA also took him on remand and interrogated him at length. Gop told the NIA during interrogation that he had invested crores of rupees in shell companies.
ED can interrogate both the wives as well
These companies are run by his relatives. Not only this, during the investigation, NIA had received many information related to terror funding from Dinesh Gop. Along with this, details of his property, weapons and vehicles were also found. Please tell that ED can also interrogate both the wives of Dinesh Gop. Gop has invested and legalized the levy money in several shell companies including M/s Bhavya Engicon Private Limited.
Investigation has also revealed that Gop’s wife Shakuntala Devi was running these companies along with another associate Sumant Kumar. In this, at the behest of Gop, his second wife was also involved.
