Meanwhile, there can be an alliance between Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and BJP (BJP) once again in Punjab. Harsimrat Badal may become a minister
According to a news published on ABP Sanjha, an affiliate website of ABP News, If there is an alliance between the Shiromani Akali Dal and the BJP, the Modi cabinet may once again include Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal. The Modi government will finalize its cabinet only after the announcement of the alliance. In this new expansion of the Union Cabinet, Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal may again be given some major responsibility in the Modi cabinet.
BJP initiates alliance
According to sources, this time the initiative of alliance is not being taken by Akali Dal but BJP. The main reason for this is being said to be the grand alliance of the opposition parties. Of course, the BJP is claiming that the Grand Alliance of the opposition does not matter to them, but the inner reality is that the BJP is trying to reunite the parties that have broken away from it. The alliance with the Akali Dal in Punjab is also a part of this strategy.
Badal camped in Delhi
According to sources, Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Badal has camped in Delhi. He is holding frequent meetings with the top BJP leadership there to decide the terms of the alliance. Meanwhile, it is also discussed that party president Sukhbir Badal will hold a meeting with the office bearers on 5th July. They will again put the new conditions of the new alliance in front of the office bearers and take their opinion. After this, Sukhbir Badal has called a meeting of Shiromani Akali Dal Core Committee on 6th July. Whatever things will come to the fore in the meeting of the office bearers, it will be discussed in the meeting of the core committee. Meanwhile, it has also come to know that the meeting of office bearers and core committee is just an excuse. The party has already given all rights related to alliance to Sukhbir Badal.
Formula of seats fixed in both
Meanwhile it has also been learned that Lok Sabha elections, the BJP has increased its stature in the new alliance and the Shiromani Akali Dal’s stature has been reduced. In the old alliance, there used to be a formula of 10 to 3, but it has been learned that this formula has become 8 to 5. BJP will contest on 5 and Akali Dal on 8 seats.
