IMD Weather Forecast: It is raining heavily in many states including the national capital. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain with lightning in Delhi on Wednesday (July 5). Today (July 5) in Delhi, the maximum temperature is expected to be 34 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be 28 degree Celsius. According to the department, it is expected to get relief after the next 5 days.
The process of rain will continue in Uttar Pradesh as well. However, in some districts of the state, after light rains for the last two days, the sun was shining. Because of which the humidity had increased, but the rain on Tuesday, July 4, has given relief to the people.

There is a possibility of rain in many areas including Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Dehradun, Bageshwar in Uttarakhand. The department has issued a warning for these areas. Along with this, Yellow Alert has been issued till 8th July. Due to heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh for the last few days, there was a problem of landslides and floods. Although the weather is now normal in the state. Along with this, the crowd of tourists has started increasing once again.

In Rajasthan too, after the cyclonic storm Biparjoy, the rainy season had started. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the easterly winds coming from the Bay of Bengal, there is a strong possibility of increase in rain activities in parts of Kota, Udaipur, Ajmer and Jaipur, Bharatpur in eastern Rajasthan from July 5-6. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Haryana and Punjab from 6 to 8 July. In Punjab, a yellow alert has been issued from 6 to 8 July.
