Watch: Heavy Scorpio car washed away by rain, every effort to save the car failed


Himachal Pradesh Monsoon: Monsoon in Himachal Pradesh is causing havoc this year. Till now the state government has suffered a loss of crores of rupees due to the monsoon rains. It rained so much in Haroli of Una district of Himachal Pradesh that the strong current of water carried away the heavy Scorpio car with it. The Scorpio car got stuck in the strong current of water. After this, the car owner made several attempts to get the car out with the help of the local people. The local people present on the spot also shot a video of it.

All efforts to get the car out failed

It is seen in the video that first the car owner is standing on the bonnet of the car and trying to stop the car by putting it on the front side. In this he failed. After this, the local people tried to take out the vehicle by tying a rope with the help of a tractor, but this attempt was also not successful. After this, the heavy Scorpio car got washed away in the strong current of water. However, it was a matter of relief that no one was present in the car. No known damage has been caused by this.

Bad weather expected till July 8

Meteorological Center Shimla has issued an alert of heavy rain in many districts of Himachal Pradesh. An alert has been issued in the state from Wednesday till July 8. During this, there are chances of heavy rain with lightning in many areas. Hail has also been warned in the plains and intermediate areas. Due to the rains in the past, 23 roads across the state are lying closed. According to the data available with the Himachal Pradesh government, nine roads are closed in district Chamba, three in Kangra, two in Kullu, two in Mandi, four in Shimla and three in Sirmaur. Apart from this, 22 power supply services have been disrupted across the state. Of these, there is power failure at 18 places in Chamba, one in Lahaul Spiti and three in Amb. The local administration along with the Meteorological Center Shimla has appealed to the people to take precautions.
