The next hearing of this case will be held on July 31 at 10:30 am in Rouse Avenue Court. Many people, including Sisodia, have been arrested in the corruption case related to the excise policy.
The court gave these instructions
During the hearing in the excise policy case, the court directed the CBI to hand over the documents related to the supplementary charge sheet to the accused. Now in the next hearing, the court will hear the arguments of both the sides. Manish Sisodia’s bail plea in this case has been rejected several times. The CBI has been continuously opposing his release. As of now, Sisodia has not been able to get any kind of relief.
Sisodia’s wife’s health deteriorated
The health of Seema Sisodia, wife of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, is continuously deteriorating. Citing health, Sisodia had demanded bail, but the court refused. After this he was allowed to meet his wife. His wife is suffering from autoimmune disorder. A few days ago, Seema Sisodia was admitted to the hospital after her health deteriorated. Seema Sisodia (49) was admitted to the hospital for the third time in the last few weeks.

Manish Sisodia is currently in jail in a case related to the alleged scam in the Delhi Excise Policy. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sisodia was arrested in February, following which Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann Met him and promised to provide all possible help.
