Whereas Kohli could not do anything special. He was dismissed by Jaydev Unadkat. Yashasvi presented a strong performance and claimed a place in the playing XI. He has performed brilliantly on many occasions before this. But Yashasvi will play for India for the first time. He has also got a place in the team for the T20 series against the West Indies.

Along with Kohli, Shubman Gill also batted. Ravindra Jadeja and Unadkat bowled against them. Indian players sweated a lot in the warm-up match. The Indian team will go to Dominica for the Test series starting on July 12 after the warm-up match. The second Test between India and West Indies will be played from 20 July. After this, a series of three ODIs and five T20 matches will be played.
