There are many such things in Indian society that this is the right time to get married and this is the right time to have a child. But today we will talk according to science. Today we will know what is the right age to get married and have a child according to science? Scientist has identified what is the right age to have a child. Researchers at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, have revealed that the best age to have a child is between 23 and 32 years. Because the time between 23-32 is the least during that time the chances of the child or the disease related to its birth are the least. According to a report published in the journal BJOG ‘An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology’, the age of 23 to 32 years is perfect for a woman when she can give birth to a healthy child. Also, during this time the risk of getting genetic disease is less.
The risk is less at this age
Dr. Boglarka Petho, assistant professor at Semmelweis University and first author of the study, said: “We first tried to determine the age span of ten years to reach this conclusion.” During which the least such congenital abnormalities occurred. We found that between 23 and 32 years can be the ideal age to give birth to a child. Then we identified the age groups where the risk is higher compared to this safest period.
The risk increases by 15 percent if you become a mother over the age of 32.
Researchers found that children who are born at the age of 23-32 years are less likely to have a congenital disease. On the other hand, women who give birth to a child at the age of less than 23 are more at risk of many diseases. Having a baby over the age of 32 increases the risk by 15 to 20 percent. The scientists analyzed 31,128 pregnancies complicated by non-chromosomal developmental disorders between 1980 and 2009 using data from the Hungarian Case-Control Surveillance of Congenital Abnormalities.
If you are becoming a mother after 40 years then the risk increases
Of the anomalies affecting only young mothers, malformations of the fetal central nervous system were the most prominent. The risk of developing them can generally increase to 25 percent in the under-22 age category. The increase is even higher in those under 20. Of the abnormalities affecting fetuses of older mothers, only a twofold increase (100 percent) was observed in the risk of congenital disorders of the head, neck, ear, and eye. Which was significantly more noticeable in pregnancies over the age of 40.
