‘BJP and BRS are together because PM Modi…’, Jairam Ramesh taunts

Jairam Ramesh on BJP: After the political crisis that arose in NCP in Maharashtra, BJP is on the target of opposition parties. Now Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has attacked the BJP. Jairam Ramesh tweeted on Saturday (July 8) that the PM has described the BRS government of Telangana as the most corrupt government in India. So naturally BJP and BRS are together.

The Congress MP further said that remember earlier this year Home Minister Amit Shah had called Conrad Sangma’s Meghalaya government the most corrupt government. After this the BJP forged an alliance with Sangma and of course there was a time when the PM termed the NCP as an inherently corrupt party.

Jairam Ramesh’s target on BJP

He said that I had written a letter to the CBI on March 21, 2023, requesting the Home Minister to inquire on the very serious allegations leveled by him. Nothing has happened on this yet.

“BJP’s washing machine started working”

Even before this, Jairam Ramesh had attacked the BJP. He had said that it is clear that BJP’s washing machine has resumed work in Maharashtra. Many of the leaders who joined the BJP-led coalition in Maharashtra faced serious allegations of corruption. ED, CBI were after him, but now he has got a clean chit.

Ajit Pawar rebelled

Jairam Ramesh had said that the next meeting of the opposition parties which met in Patna on 23rd June would be held in Bengaluru on 17th and 18th July. In any case, the Mumbai operation has strengthened the resolve of the opposition. Let us tell you that the opposition leaders are constantly targeting the BJP over the rebellion in the NCP in Maharashtra. NCP leader Ajit Pawar joined the BJP-Shiv Sena government on July 2 along with several MLAs. He was sworn in as the Deputy CM of Maharashtra.
