Close ones of Imran Khan became enemies! Awan Chaudhary filed a petition to dissolve the party


Pakistan Imran khan: Awan Chaudhary, who was a confidant of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, has filed a petition in the High Court requesting the dissolution of his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Chaudhary has taken this step citing the former prime minister’s alleged involvement in the unprecedented violence that took place in many parts of the country on May 9 in protest against Imran’s arrest.

Awan Chaudhary is now part of the newly formed Istehkaam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP). In a constitutional petition filed on Thursday (July 6) in the apex court, the PTI chief Imran Khan And party president Parvez Elahi has been named as the respondent.

PTI violated the constitution
According to the news published in The Express Tribune newspaper, apart from Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif, many other people including Law and Interior Minister have also been made defendants in this petition. Chaudhary has argued that the PTI was involved in attacks on key government institutions, the judiciary, and military and civilian establishments, and that they violated not only basic human rights, but also the Constitution.

The IPP leader said in his petition, “The acts of PTI, its chief and office-bearers, their hate speeches against the judiciary and incidents of arson and looting of defense establishments and public properties are unconstitutional.”

PTI supporters conspired against government institutions
Referring to the May 9 incidents, Chowdhury said PTI supporters conspired against government institutions, torched the Corps Commander’s residence in Lahore and looted public property. He alleged that the PTI chief and his The party destroyed the fabric of society by attacking government establishments and giving hate speeches against the integrity and dignity of the country and its institutions.

Chaudhary also said that the concept of democracy and parliamentary form of government has been included in the Election Act, but PTI has seriously violated that concept and the Act.
