Sonabhadra: An embarrassing case has come to light from Sonbhadra in Uttar Pradesh, where a lineman posted on contract in the Electricity Department made a young man lick his slipper by spitting on it. The video of this matter is becoming fiercely viral on social media.
After examining the viral video, the police came to know that the incident took place on July 6 in Baldih village under Shahganj police station area of Sonbhadra district. The accused contract lineman is a resident of Odhatha village under Shahganj police station area of Tejbali Singh district. According to the police, the victim in the case had come to his maternal uncle’s house in Baladih village of Shahganj police station area, where he rectified the technical fault in electricity.
What did the police say?
In this regard, CO Ghorawal Amit Kumar said that the accused Tejbali Singh got so angry after seeing the victim repairing the electricity that he made the young man spit and lick his slippers. He said that an FIR has been registered on this heinous act of the contract lineman and he will be arrested soon.
Angry lineman licked spit for making electricity
In the case, the victim youth Rajendra Chamar son of Shriram Chamar is a resident of village Bahuar police station Robertsganj and belongs to scheduled caste. On July 6, the victim had come to the house of his maternal uncle Nandu’s son Dulare resident of Baldih police station Shahganj. Regarding the case, the victim Rajendra told that the electricity of maternal uncle’s house was bad, after which I was checking the fault inside and outside the house at 4 pm.
According to the victim, in the meanwhile Tejbali Singh Patel son of Ramdhani Singh, resident of Odhatha police station, Shahganj, a contract employee appointed at Shahganj power house, started abusing me without any reason. Not only this, the accused thrashed me and used casteist words and made me spit on his slippers and lick them. Due to this beating of the accused, I have also got internal injuries. When the people around came to his rescue, he left me and ran away.
