Reliance is separating this unit

According to a report by news agency PTI, India’s largest listed company Reliance Industries has announced the separation of its financial services unit from itself. This process of demerger has been started. After this, Reliance Industries is going to list its financial services unit in the stock markets as a new company. Now that unit of Reliance was known as Reliance Strategic Investments Limited i.e. RSIL.

Reliance’s new company in the market

PTI has told that now the financial services of Reliance Industries The identity of the unit will be changed to Jio Financial Services Limited ie JFSL. Reliance Industries has fixed July 1 as the record date for the demerger. This means that the investors who will have shares of Reliance Industries as per the records of the date of July 1, will be allotted shares of the new company. July 20 has been fixed as the date for allotting these shares.

Isha given the task

Isha Ambani’s new company named JFSL, separated from Reliance Industries Limited Fresh responsibility has been received in the company itself. According to PTI, he has been given a place in its board as a director. Reliance Industries has also included former Comptroller and Auditor General ie CAG Rajiv Mehrishi in the board. Isha Mukesh Ambani has been appointed as non-executive director.

These people got responsibility

According to PTI, Reliance executive Anshuman Thakur has also been made non-executive director . And Rajeev Mehrishi has been appointed as an independent director for five years. Indian Banks Association chief executive Sunil Mehta and chartered accountant Bimal Manu Tanna, who worked with PwC, have also been appointed as independent directors. Banker Hitesh Kumar Sethia has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of RSIL for three years.
