Ayodhya Ram Mandir News: The construction of Ram temple in Ramnagari Ayodhya is going on at a very fast pace. Preparations are also being made vigorously to make the prestige of life in the temple grand. In order to record the occasion of consecration in the pages of history, the idol of Lord Ram will be anointed with water collected from major and holy water sources of the country.

According to the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, there is complete preparation to get the idol of Ramlala water-abhisheked according to the classical law. Alok Kumar, International Executive President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, told that the water of wells, ponds, lakes, rivers and all the holy places will be collected and Jalabhishek will be done with it. All major rivers including Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Sutlej, Rapti, Narmada, Son will have holy water. Apart from this, there will also be water from the Narada Kund located in Badridham, the lake of the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Similarly, water from the holy river Falgu in Gaya, Bihar, Surya Sarovar in Kurukshetra, Haryana, Pushkar Sarovar in Rajasthan and the well located at Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib in Delhi, where Guru Teg Bahadur took bath, will also be sent to Ayodhya.

Administration started preparations
He said, in the meeting of the VHP’s Central Management Committee in Raipur, it was decided that Lord Ram’s Jalabhishek should be done with the water collected from all the water bodies of the country. It will start 10 days before the consecration of the idol. On an average, 200-200 grams of water will be kept in a copper vessel after religious rituals. Then the process of sending it to Ayodhya by courier will be adopted, which will be collected in a tank in Ayodhya.

Famous Shastri Sarojkant Mishra, who is knowledgeable about religion and work, says that Abhishek means watering. In ancient times, when someone was made a king, water was showered on his head. For this the water of holy rivers was collected. After that the king was bathed.

The administration has started preparations for the Pran-Pratishtha program to be held in the Ram temple. Chief Secretary Durgashankar Mishra has given instructions to open adequate number of hotels, restaurants, dormitories and dharamshalas for the lakhs of devotees coming to Ayodhya.
