Threatening to kill PM Modi and CM Yogi by calling 112, police reached such accused


PM Narendra Modi Death Threat: Kotwali police of Deoria district of UP has detained a person, it is alleged that he called UP-112 number after drinking alcohol and called Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) was allegedly threatened with death. The police immediately traced the location of the accused on the basis of his phone number and took him into custody. The accused youth is a resident of Gorakhpur, the police gave this information on Monday.

In this regard, Inspector-in-charge (SHO) of Deoria Kotwali D.K. Mishra told on Monday that a call was received on ‘UP-112’ late on Sunday night. This person told that he is a resident of Bhujauli Colony of the city under Kotwali police station of Deoria district and his name is Arun Kumar. After this he threatened that he would kill PM Modi and CM Yogi. On this threat received on the phone, the police immediately swung into action, after which his location was traced on the basis of his phone number.

Police reached the accused from the location of the phone

Giving information about this, the station in-charge said that immediately the location of the mobile number was found out by the police, then its location turned out to be of Devrad village of Harpur Budhat in Gorakhpur district. He told that the police reached the concerned place on Monday morning and took the accused caller into custody. The name of the accused is Sanjay Kumar. His age is 45 years.

The station in-charge told that the accused did this act under the influence of alcohol. He also said that keeping various aspects in mind, the police has started taking further legal action. The accused is being interrogated by the police at Deoria Kotwali. An FIR has also been registered against him.
