Weather Update Today: Heavy rains across the country have made everyone’s life busy. Due to heavy rains, the rivers in the mountains are in spate. Roads in the plains have become an ocean. In many states the situation is such that at some places buses, trucks and cars are drowning and at some places houses have collapsed like a pack of cards. Monsoon, which took entry in June, has now put people’s lives in danger.
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there has been a flood-like situation in Delhi as well. In posh areas of the state, people’s houses have been flooded. Even the houses of many MPs have been waterlogged. The water level of Yamuna in the national capital has reached above the danger mark. The administration has issued an alert for the people. Along with this, a warning has also been issued to avoid any accident. According to the department, there is a possibility of heavy rains with thunderstorms in Delhi for the next one week.
