Under the rehabilitation plan of Nava Raipur Atal Municipal Development Authority and according to the revised clause 5.5, it was decided to allot open land for Bari to the project affected people of Rakhi village as per their eligibility. Apart from this, in 12 villages of Layer-1, it was decided to provide settlement patta as per the prescribed limit to the eligible families occupying the land owned by Nava Raipur Atal Municipal Development Authority. Different types of exemptions, grants and concessions have been declared for setting up industries for different classes in the state of Chhattisgarh. In order to encourage the establishment of large, mega, ultra mega industries in the state, it was decided to include the Special Investment Promotion Package Implementation Rules-2019 under the Industrial Policy 2019-24.
