Delhi Politics: ‘We were ready for 100mm of rain, got 150mm’, Gautam Gambhir taunts AAP


Delhi News: The water level of Yamuna river in the country’s capital Delhi has broken the record of 45 years. Since Monday, water in Yamuna is flowing above the danger mark. In such a situation, after the release of 1 lakh 53 thousand 768 cusecs of water from Hathinikund barrage this morning, a big crisis has loomed over the population living on the banks of Yamuna. People living there are shifting to other areas to save their lives. Meanwhile, BJP MP Gautam Gambhir visited a relief camp in Delhi on Wednesday afternoon.

Gautam Gambhir reached among the people and listened to their problems and assured to provide help as soon as possible. During this, BJP MPs did not hesitate to target Delhi’s Aam Aadmi Party as well. After visiting a relief camp in Delhi amid rising water level of Yamuna, Gautam Gambhir took a jibe at Delhi’s Arvind Kejriwal government, said, ‘Aam Aadmi Party has been doing politics of accusations only for the last 9 years’ Still working. They didn’t spend a single penny on infrastructure in Delhi, only did politics of freebies, politics of building their houses, politics of fooling people. Now they are coming out and saying that we had prepared for 100MM of rain, but it was 150MM. AAP leaders go and stand in the middle of the water just to get their photos clicked. He should come here and see the condition of the people.
